  • To request your data report: Simply email us at service@lumazilo.com with the subject "Data Access Request."

2. The Right to Opt-Out of "Sharing"

While Lumazilo never sells your data to third parties for money, modern privacy laws define "selling" or "sharing" broadly (including using cookies for personalized ads).

  • Your Choice: If you prefer that we do not "share" your browsing habits to show you tailored toy recommendations on social media, you can adjust your preferences via our Cookie Consent Manager at the bottom of our site.

3. The Right to Correction

Is your child’s birthday month incorrect? Or has your family moved to a new home? You have the right to rectify any inaccurate personal data. You can update your profile directly in your Lumazilo Account or contact our concierge for assistance.

4. The Right to Deletion ("The Clean Slate")

If you decide to close your Lumazilo chapter, you have the "Right to be Forgotten." We will purge your personal records from our system, except for data we are legally required to keep (like tax/invoice records).

  • To request deletion: Email service@lumazilo.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request."

5. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Our website recognizes Global Privacy Control signals. If your browser is set to broadcast a "Do Not Track" or GPC signal, we will automatically treat that as a request to opt-out of third-party tracking cookies—no extra steps required on your part.
